Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’m always happy to accommodate when possible. However, to respect everyone’s time:
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee for services over $50.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
- If no card is on file, you’ll be contacted for payment and must settle the fee before booking your next appointment.
